This Yoga Series is designed to introduce you to each level of Yoga training – Gentle Yoga, Yoga 1, and Yoga 2. Each session is led by instructor Nancy Michaels, a Certified Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer, and she can assist you to adjust poses to your level of ability, if needed.

Gentle Yoga puts less stress on your body and stretches your muscles with ease.

Yoga 1 and 2 will introduce you to the next level of Yoga practice. At any time during the session, you may sit and join in with the breathing exercises and observe the poses or the instructor can alter them to your level of ability.

Please bring a large towel, if you do not have a mat. Some mats are available first come, first served.

There will be 15 minute breaks between each session; lemon water will be provided.

Adult and Teens are welcome.
