Juanita Solis-Kidder was the lucky winner of the gift basket celebrating September as Library Card Sign-up Month at the Albion District Library.  Library patrons were invited to get a library card, or to renew their current card, in the month of September and entered into the drawing.  Solis-Kidder's name was drawn from among 112 entries.
