Part-time Office Coordinator – $13.00/hr, 25 hrs/wk, benefits

Under the general direction of the Library Director, the Office Coordinator performs general clerical, reception, and project-based work, in addition to regular circulation desk shifts, including day, evening, and weekend hours, as scheduled.  Benefits include paid sick leave, holidays, and vacation.

This position requires:

  • an Associate’s Degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience) and one to two years of office or clerical experience;
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher);
  • organization skills necessary to handle numerous short and long-term projects with frequent interruptions; and
  • high level of interpersonal and communication skills needed to interact with community members, library patrons, staff, and Board members.
